Multi-Function Pontoon (MFP)

The Multi-Function Pontoon (MFP) arranged in various configurations accomplishes a wide variety of offshore construction tasks. As a Jones Act barge it can perform the topsides float-over installation, mooring installation, and some subsea installation tasks. In many cases, projects are designed around specific available construction vessels. The MFP reduces dependence on specialized vessels, greatly enhancing project execution, and reduces the total field development costs.
