Multi-Column Floater

The Multi-Column Floater (MCF) is a flexible drilling and production unit that is relocatable and capable of addressing challenging fields.

The capabilities of this vessel allow the oil companies to develop deepwater fields with phased development plans, allowing a wide variety of development options throughout the life of the field, therefore mitigating much of the inherent reservoir uncertainty risk while addressing the high drilling costs.

Offshore Wind Energy

Horton Wison engineers pioneered deepwater platforms economically for the offshore oil and gas industry during the period of lower oil prices. We are extending our successful technology development and delivery in fixed platforms, semi-submersibles, TLPs, and spars to the offshore wind industry.

Ocean Mining

The Horton "Deep Ocean Mining System" is designed to provide a controlled method for mining minerals in deep water. The basis of the design is the modular frame. The mining frame is deployed from a catamaran support vessel designed to manage the frame and mining equipment as well as providing all service and maintenance.
